A delicious healthy chocolate chip ice cream (Vegan, LF, GF)

Ingredients
  • 3 very ripe medium bananas peeled
  • 1 ½ ripe medium avocado peeled
  • 25 g raw organic cocoa
  • 100 g agave syrup or maple syrup, or honey
  • 80 g tahini
  • 1 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)*
  • 3-4 tablespoons cacao nibs
Instructions
  1. Put all the ingredients up to the cayenne in the food processor bowl and blend.
  2. Remove the knives, add the cacao nibs and mix with a spatula.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a metal container with a lid and place in the frezzer for at least 5 hours, or, overnight.
  4. Before serving, remove from freezer for at least 20 minutes.
Recipe Notes

* If you like spicy chocolate, double the amount of cayenne. That‘s how I make it! ;)
